BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Dermis Clinic Booking Policy

At Dermis Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring our patients have a smooth and transparent booking experience. Our policies are designed to clarify expectations and safeguard both your and our clinic's time and resources. Please read the following carefully before making an appointment.

1. Data Retention & Privacy

​

  • Dermis Clinic values your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information responsibly and in accordance with relevant legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • We only retain the data necessary for providing medical services, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving patient care.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law, or with your explicit consent. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

2. Deposit & Booking Confirmation

​

  • To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment.

  • All bookings must be secured with this deposit, which serves to hold your appointment time and is considered part of your treatment plan.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

​

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

​

  • 72 hours or more before appointment: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. A full refund of the deposit will be issued or credited towards a rescheduled appointment.

  • Between 72 and 48 hours before appointment: If you cancel or reschedule within this time frame, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.

  • Less than 48 hours before appointment or No-show: Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or a failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit, as this time slot could have been allocated to another client.

  • Any requests by the cardholder to the bank or other source of payments for a refund of fee will result in an automatic denial of the claim.

  • In the event a clinic is rearranged or cancelled by Dermis Clinic, then Dermis Clinic will not reimburse expenses that may have incurred due to this but Dermis Clinic will endeavour to ensure the next available appointment is offered.

4. Late Arrivals

  • You accept that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited, as tardiness will significantly impacts our schedule and delay other bookings.

5. Patient Responsibility

​

As a patient at Dermis Clinic, you are responsible for:

​

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information during your consultation and treatment planning.

  • Attending your scheduled appointment on time or notifying Dermis Clinic as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Adhering to pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our team.

  • Keeping Dermis Clinic informed of any changes in your health that may impact your treatment.

  • You accept that the minimum age for all consultations and procedures is 18 and you confirm to be aged 18 or above. If you are unable to provide identification, Dermis Clinic reserve the right to refuse treatment.

  • You accept that your are responsible for reading and understanding all consent forms, terms and conditions and relevant procedure information as well as being compliant with aftercare as advised.

  • Dermis Clinic will be professional and courteous towards you and expect the same in return.

  • You accept that any abuse either in person or digitally will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

  • You accept that Dermis Clinic has the right to refuse medical treatment for any reason.

  • You accept that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment could be cancelled due to other bookings.

  • You accept that we do not allow unsupervised children into the clinic. If you do attend your appointment with unsupervised children, we may cancel your appointment and the deposit will be forfeited. 

  • Dermis Clinic will not accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.

  • You accept that we cannot complete a treatment if you have complications from any previous treatments such as lumps, filler migration or over filling. Any complications such as these will need managing and correcting before we can complete the treatment. If you are unsure, please message us or request a consultation before booking any treatment.
